I am at crossroads in my life. When I finished my undergraduate degree I swore I would not study again. But I did. And now I don’t know what to do with myself after I graduate. I find myself dreaming into space and thinking of the those wonderful years…

It is difficult to picture yourself as an alumnus. You work and work each day to reach that ultimate goal – Graduation! But..What after that? Whose those dreams of post-graduate glory come true? Then again, Graduation marks the end of a very unique phase in one’s life but it also is a beginning to another…

College life is unlike any other time of ones life. Those carefree days…bunking classes…sitting on the drive…those endless cups of coffee and cigarettes…. ordering pizza at 1 AM with your friends and stay up till 3 AM when you have a class at 8 AM the next morning…. but hey, that lifestyle is difficult to imagine when you are eating that slice of pizza!

Staying up all night and working on those term papers…frantically looking for the lost floppy where you saved your take home exam…all a part of those glorious good old days. But what after that?

It is a wonderful feeling to take a trip down memory lane and visit your old school or college. Just to know what we are missing in life right now! In the not-so-distant future, I will be an alumnus. I will go back to my school and reminisce “old times”..visit my dorm room and remember how Michelle and I stayed up many nights playing Sega and doing each other’s eyebrows.

But right now, I dream of having a great future. A dream this world is going to welcome me with open arms. I dream of a tomorrow where I will be “someone”. I dream of my future being happy and content. I dream about buying my own $ 400,000 house, driving my VW bug in my $3000 Chanel suit…I dream of OKC going public (!). I dream of winning a Pulitzer or maybe a Booker…I have dreams…Yes I do!!

But after that?!?!
