Kumaraswamy's son Nikhil Gowda who went to a hotel on Residency Road at 2 a. m. in the early hours of Thursday and was thrashed by the hotel staff for creating rumpus at the hotel demanding food. The channel reported that Nikhil, a first BA student, went to the hotel along with some friends and picked up a quarrel with the staff as they declined to serve food to them as the hotel was already closed.
