Todays situation of kannada is pathetic in its own land and can we ever be able to find a solution????????
Idu nanna Anisike matra.... This mail is entirely my opinion and
I request everyone not to take it personally. I have absolutely no intention of hurting anybody nor uplifting anybody.
I have no prejudice or liking. This is my opinion. If
anyone feels hurt, I apologize in advance.
As I read opinions about kannada and its problems,
I don't see any solution. Everybody expresses their concern for Kannada and its a good
indication. So what should be done next? What's the next step?
If there is wind blowing in your direction use it to
your advantage!! I assume that everybody is ready to do something for kannada and its welfare but are not finding that "Magical path" of success..
isn't it?
In my opinion at this stage we must collect opinion of every
Kannadiga openly and submit the memorandum in public so that everybody including the
Government must know the sincere feelings of Kannadigas.
If we fail now, It will be much worse future for
kannada..
There were/are some Great personalities who fought for the upliftment of Kannada.
They did what they could But nobody achieved Complete success, because
of our Divided mentality and inferior complex.
As every common man (Kannadiga ) thinks what can I do alone,
and shrugs and leaves it for others. Majority believe Whatever
is destined will happen and sit quiet and they never come openly
with their opinions, and when some great people who come openly with
their opinions will never get the support they deserve..
There are many Kannada activists who do some things in a different way (ex: Sri.Vatal Nagraj and
his followers as I can recall...) who never got the complete support of kannadigas when they
needed. They tried to win over kannadigas but kannadigas are so mild and fearsome to give him a hand when they needed that they see as though they are aliens from other planet who are protesting for somebody
else...We never understood that its for Ourselves....
There are other kannada activists as I can recall Sri.Patil Puttappa and other great
personalities ( I apologize if I cannot recall other great names right
now...) Who are fighting a lonely battle for Kannada and Karnataka....
I appreciate all these Personalities for Brave Outlook and ability to express
their opinions even while lacking the support from their
own people.........
As I feel if we miss this opportunity now, it will be too late.
By the time you realize again I bet you can see kannada in AOL list (Antique and Outdated Language list)....Its not far Friends......I'm not kidding..................
Come on.....Come out openly and support each other fight for your right .
I suggest fight for the benefits you deserve....
Is it not the time we come out with one voice and show your opinion for your own interest????

Cant we collect the Signature and support for these kind of issues and get some benefits for yourself???.
There are minute details in these kind of matters when we observe can give edge over others that can change life of kannadigas
altogether. If we do not save ourselves then who cares?????
Especially for appointment of Govt. Officials it must be dedicated for Only Kannadigas.
Non kannadigas those who want to apply for Govt. Positions (whatever the position May be) they must clear 2 levels of Oral and written Kannada exam before they apply for that position.
There are many things that we do not think ....If we can bring kannada in our daily life in a simple way that must be effective enough to force the other person to understand kannada.
By this way I feel we can bring Kannada in everybody's life slowly
again. Better late then never.
Relax the Tax percentage of Karnataka Government employees by 10% and collect shortage revenue by taxing non kannadigas 15%
extra. (Every state in US has different tax percentage for
their native people. Native people will always be less taxed and get extra benefits in every aspect of
their life than from other state people. Non native people are heavily taxed for for first three yrs in comparison with the native
people. Even though having a common language each state tries to give the benefits for the native people than those who come from
outside. Cant we learn from at least seeing others??????
if we cant get even this benefit easily, believe me we will never get anything from any future Karnataka
Governments. At this rate future governments will not contain any
Kannadiga at the helm!! Please suggest more ideas that how can we bring kannada in our daily life in a simple way!!!!
Be Bold and come out with your opinions ,Join one or the other Kannada activist group try to do whatever you could that
can. Take an active part in kannada activities being proud,
Never Feel Inferior watching kannada movies and serials, support them and take Pride in telling that you are a
Kannadiga and make a mark of kannada not only in the Map of India,
but in the Map of World.....
If everybody feels that what can I do alone, then you can never do anything.
Its high time you Feel that your participation is vital for kannada success and you will come out with different
result. Come out with plans and suggest ideas that can make kannadigas Proud.
Create a path and leave your trail......
If u feel I've said too much then there will be no chance to say again..............
