Yes, our judiciary has awarded you the death penalty for the heroics (?!) done by yourself and your team of butchers by training your guns on unsuspecting and unarmed common people. We understand the frustrations faced by people of your ilk then, as you could neither stand face to face with the armed solders of Indian army (as exemplified in Kargil), nor could you tolerate the progress India is making. It was natural then, for the creed like you to turn your guns on the common people of our country.

Yes, you were doing great service to the fanatic people of your country, who have failed themselves in every other possible area of development. The only real progress they have made is in all forms of terrorism, that in the name of an imaginary threat from our country. In the end, all of your fellow butchers got themselves what they deserved and their rotten bodies waited for months to return to the soil, and yourself ultimately reached where you were destined to reach.

But don’t you worry! You will not be hanged so soon! Since common public has satisfied with you death sentence, no body is in a hurry to send you to the gallows. Now, many of our secular politicians, secular media and human rights organisations for terrorists will wake up and start helping you, so that your walk to the gallows will be either stopped or made very very slow. This is apart from torturous legal path with many appeals, counter appeals, mercy petitions, clemency appeals etc etc that are already there to make the process very complex.

Some of our leaders will create several legal and administrative blockades so that your file will either wait in some Babu’s table getting all the dust or it will fly from table to table and from ministry to ministry to get so called clearance for further action. Meanwhile some persons with highest influence will have private meetings with all powerful people to insist that you should be given a fair trial. Some of them publicly express their fears about riots that can be triggered, if you will be sent to the rope! Yes, our own people will do all the necessary things possible to keep you alive, as you will become yet another pawn in their hands to get them millions of votes!! Even when some others try to voice their objections about the delay in your hanging, they will be silenced by many seasoned seculars by accusing them of seeing your case from religious prism!

We already have an example in your fellow terrorist Afzal Guru! Otherwise, how can a fellow who has been held guilty of conspiring to attack the parliament and kill the politicians themselves by none other than Supreme Court, still survives more than six years after having been sentenced? Our secular politicians probably are sure that had terrorists been successful in entering the Parliament, they would have killed only communal politicians and not secular ones like them! The logic seems similar to that held by our highly secular media and secular intellectuals whose romance with the Maoists is well known. They think that the Maoists will honour them and bestow all top honours once they are successful in toppling the democracy in India! They should know that they will be first ones the Maoists will shoot in public!

Don’t you worry about their fate! They will any way continue to help you by writing highly thoughtful articles in the established news papers about how an ill educated and unemployed youth like you had no other option, but to take up this task of entering the enemy country to kill innocent people, so that you can support your aging parents with the money that you receive in the bargain!! They will also debate endlessly about it in their prime time chats with similar intellectuals and reach conclusions that a fair trial was not given to a poor, wretched human being like you!! Some even equate you with hapless Indian fishermen/farmers caught by your nation’s brave officers and who are on trial in Pakistan just like they did in the case of Afzal Guru!!

Last but not the least, the international human rights organisations will come to your rescue as they are specialised in upholding the rights of terrorists on death row in third world countries!! The same organisations will not utter a word if the similar terrorists are caught in their own countries. In fact they will fight to get their death sentences implemented, if possible. These human rights organisations will not utter a word when the Bhopal tragedy victims do not get any justice for years, despite suffering for decades. They will not utter a single word in public against the Anderson (chief of Union Carbide when Bhopal tragedy happened). Nobody bothers even when whole world knows where this person is living lavishly. All government records show that he is absconding!! But when any terrorist is caught for their crimes in the third world countries, the human rights groups come alive and they will not keep quite and they make as much noise as possible to get people like you as many ill deserved rights as possible.

You were tried in a fast track court to finish the legal proceedings against you, but there are no fast track procedures to carry out your death sentence, even though you are a special case of waging a war against our nation and indiscriminately killing innocent people.

Hence rest assured that you can be alive for many more years to come and enjoy your special Biriyani meals in the secure Indian Jails at the expense of tax paying Indians who have spent millions to keep the killer like yourself alive. You can also throw occasional tantrums at jails and issue political statements to waiting secular media men to keep yourself in the limelight. The wretched Indian public meanwhile accepts all this as regular process to be completed to see you through the rope, giving way to yet another attack from your creed in much similar circumstance, as our security situations rarely change!!
