Channa dal 1 cup, Rice 1 tsp, Garlic 4-5 flakes, Dalchinni
1 inch, few Curry leaves, Chopped coriander leaves 3
tbs, Ginger 1 inch, Chopped Onion 3, Jeera 1 tsp, Clove
2, Pepper 10, Green chillis 4-5, Red chillis 3, Soda
1 pinch, Salt to taste and oil for frying.
Soak Channadal, Rice for 3 hours. Except Onion,
grind other ingredients with Channadal and Rice coarsely.
To this mixture, add chopped Onion, Curry leaves, Coriander
leaves, Soda and mix well. Make it in to lemon-sized
balls and pat it like vada and deep fry in oil until
