Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice, Salt to taste, Rice flour
Preparation:
1. Grind the rice and make it into a smooth paste.
2. Knead the rice flour with the paste adding salt.
Do not add water at all.
3. Roll the dough out and make chappatis. The ootis
should puff up.
