Ingredients
1 cup mashed ripe bananas ¾ cup maida flour 2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup water ½ cup milk ¼ tsp soda bicarb 1 cup oil Salt
to taste
Preparation
1. Mix the flour, banana, sugar, water, milk, salt,
and soda bicarb into a thick batter.
2. In a wok, heat the oil, pour 1 tsp of the batter
into the oil. Lower the fire and cook till the mixture
becomes blackish-brown.
3. Drain the baleya murukk and keep doing the same with
the remaining batter. Serve hot.
