Chops
( Pork chops)
Ingredients
1 kg pork chops (with skin and fat) ½ tsp turmeric 3
large full garlic 1 large onion 1 long piece ginger
8 green chillies 1 bunch coriander leaves 1 ½ tsp peppercorns
1 ½ tsp cumin seeds 3 red chillies salt to taste 3 cups
of water Vinegar to taste 1 tbsp oil
Preparation
1. Pressure-cook the chops in water with the turmeric
and salt for 15 minutes. When the chops are cooked dry
the gravy. 2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the rest
of the masala well. Add the pork chops and vinegar and
keep frying till dry. Serve hot.
