Ingredients
1 cup broken rice (thari) 1½ cup water ½ cup milk ½ coconut, grated 3 cardamoms (powdered) 1 tsp sugar Salt to taste

Preparation
1. Mix ½ cup thari with ¾ cup water and ¼ cup milk.
2. Add the grated coconut with some cardamom, sugar and salt. Mix the contents and pour the mixture into a greased thali.
3. Repeat this process and fill another thali. Steam for 20 minutes. Take it out and cool. When cool, cut into triangular pieces, and serve.
