Required:
1. 500 gms Brinjal (Black Round one Roasted and Mashed),
2. 6 - 8 Green Chilies,
3. 8 - 10 Cloves of garlic,
4. Coriander leaves,
5. Curry leaves,
6. Salt to taste,
7. Optional grated carrot of fried onion.

First make a paste of green chilies, garlic, coriander
leaves, curry leaves and salt and mix with mashed brinjal
and grated carrot or fried onion or if you want both
can mix and season it. Serve with chapattis, Roti (Jawar)
