NORTH KARNATAKA STYLE

Carrot Chatni

Required:
1. 4 - 5 carrots (grated and litter mashed) (raw),
2. 6 - 8 green chilies,
3. 8 - 10 cloves of garlic,
4. Coriander leaves,
5. Curry leaves,
6. Salt to taste.

First make a paste of green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt. And mix with mashed carrot. Season it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with Chapattis or Roti (Jawar).
