Ground nut Chatni Powder

Required:
1. 500 gms ground nut roasted and skin removed,
2. 15 - 20 cloves of garlic.
3. Curry leaves,
4. Coriander leaves,
5. Salt to taste.
6. 20-25 red chilies.

First fry red chilies and curry leaves. Then make the powder of all ingredients together and mix well. Serve with curd or ghee. This chatni powder can be eaten with chapattis, roti (jawar or bajara).
