Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour, 1 ½ cup powdered sugar or jaggery,
1-2 tsp oil, 1 tsp powdered cardamom, ½ tsp nutmeg powder,
½ tsp cloves powder, 2 tsp poppy seeds (fried & powdered),
½ cup grated dry coconut, 3-4 tsp cashew nuts and little
salt
Method:
First out of wheat flour, salt and oil, make soft dough
and with that prepare thick chapattis. After they become
cold, make them powder and then mix cardamom, clove,
poppy seeds, grated dry coconut, sugar or jaggery, cashew
nuts and nutmeg powder and mix them. Serve it with ghee
and milk.
