OurKarnataka.Com (OKC) was conceived and is
being run in our part-time by people in Karnataka and Unites States. The site
has got decent number of Kannadigas visiting every day. We are upgrading
the site every day and are in the process of churning out new services, more
content for its visitors.
OKC is very much interested in content sharing
and web partnerships.. where we can start with advertising each other share the
relevant content. We are only interested in Karnataka/Kannada related contents.
If you have site that deals with India, or any other concepts, but would like to
attract more Kannadigas to your site, we
can talk.
Business Partnerships: Whether we like
it or not, Karnataka or Kannada is not an extremely saleable business concept in
terms of a business model. That doesn't mean that there is no scope for online
businesses that are based on Karnataka/Kannada/Kannadiga. We believe that
"Partnership" is the key here and We would like to be partners with
every online business, portal that have anything to do with Kannada. This way,
everyone can come out as winners. It will help us because we are not a full-time
business, and we can derive more information, services from our partners and the
partners can use our site as a platform for their business, or use our site to
provide services to the Kannadigas.
If you have a off-line business, if you are a
local news-paper, a magazine, an art dealer, a music seller, someone who owns a
hotel/restaurant and you understandably feel that its not worth to have your own
online presence, we would be interested in talking to you. We can provide
all the technical help, managing the pages and IT WOULDN'T COST YOU A SINGLE
PENNY. All you have to do is talk
to us!
Remember that, though a part-time venture,
OurKarnataka.Com (OKC) is a group of people with diverse capabilities and has
business contacts, engineering resources and experience that is more than just
useful. We have resources and Patience to survive for a long long time and our
partners will be able to use this to their advantages.
