Spicy pumpkin with coconut

Ingredients:
Sweet pumpkin 500gms (chopped), onion-3 (sliced), red chilies 6-8,pepper powder 1tsp,tomato-2 (chopped), crushed garlic 2-3 cloves, grated coconut ½ cup, cinnamon powder 1tsp, water ¼ cup and salt to taste.

Method:
Heat kadai. Pour little oil; add sliced onion and fry until soft. Later add pumpkin cubes and fry well. Add tomato, red chilies, pepper powder, crushed garlic, cinnamon powder, grated coconut and salt. Mix all together well and later add little water. Close the lid until the pumpkins are done. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

 

Masala Khara Biscuit

Ingredients:
Maida 250 gms, ghee or dalda 100 gms, powdered sugar 3 gms, salt to taste, green chilies 10, jeera powder ½ tsp, gharam masala ¼ tsp, 2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped), ammonium bi carbonate ¼ tsp, curds 2 tsp, oma seeds 1 tsp and baking powder 1 tsp.

Method:
Sieve Maida, ammonium bi carbonate and baking powder. To this add ghee, sugar, salt, gharam masala, green chilies, jeera powder, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, oma seeds and curds. Mix well to a fine dough. Make small balls out of this dough, flatten it a bit and keep it in a greased tray and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes or 20 minutes.
