Sago Uttappam (Sabbakki uttappam)

Ingredients: Sago (sabbakki)-1cup, aloo -2(boiled), maida - 4 to 5 teaspoons, milk- ½ cup, oil -1/2 cup, cabbage-1/2 cup (chopped), capsicum-1 (chopped), onion 2(chopped), tomato-2 (chopped), green chilies - 5-6 (chopped) salt t to taste.

Method: Mix sago in milk cook it on a low flame, until done. Take a kadai heat, pour little oil, and splatter little mustard seeds. Later add chopped green chilies, onion, capsicum, cabbage, tomato, and fry well. To this add salt and mix well. To this mixture add mashed aloo later, add this mixture to cooked sago mixture to this add maida also and mix as well. Bring this mixture to consistency of dosa batter. Heat tawa, smear oil on it and pour, batter and spread it like dosa, roast nicely on both sides and serve hot.
