Potato and Onion Bhaji:
Take 1 tea spoon of oil in a pan. Add ¼ tea spoon of mustard seeds, ½ table spoon of soaked Chana Dal, red chilies broken 3, 3 slit green chilies, 1 spoon coriander leaves, 2 sliced onions and fry for 5 minutes. Add turmeric powder, cooked potatoes, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves and cook further for 5 minutes.

Method 1:
Ingredients:
50 grams of Tur Dal, 50 grams of Chana Dal, 50 grams of Green gram Dal, 50 grams Black gram Dal (Urid Dal), 500 grams of raw rice, 100 grams of rice flour, 1 table spoon sugar and 1 table spoon of fenugreek seeds.

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and soak for 5-6 hours. Grind to a smooth paste and keep over night. In the morning mix 100 grams rice flour and 1 table spoon of sugar.

Heat the tawa, sprinkle water. Spread one ladle of ground batter into a thin layer. Close and cook for a minute. Pour a tea spoon of oil along the sides and the centre. Place two-table spoon of potato and onion bhaji and fold into half.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Method 2:
Ingredients:
1 cup of black gram dal (urid dal), 4 cups of raw rice, ¾ cup of boiled rice, ¾ cup of beaten rice, a cup of rice flour and 2-tea spoon of fenugreek seeds.

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and soak for 5-6 hours. Grind to a smooth paste and keep over night. In the morning mix 1 cup of rice flour.

Heat the tawa, sprinkle water. Spread one ladle of ground batter into a thin layer. Close and cook for a minute. Pour a tea spoon of oil along the sides and the centre. Place two-table spoon of potato and onion bhaji and fold into half.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Method 3:
Ingredients:
3 cups of raw rice, 1 cup of dal (black gram, tur and green gram), 1 tea spoon of fenugreek seeds, ½ cup of chana flour and ½ cup of chiroti rawa.

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and soak for 5-6 hours. Grind to a smooth paste and keep over night.

Heat the tawa, sprinkle water. Spread one ladle of ground batter into a thin layer. Close and cook for a minute. Pour a tea spoon of oil along the sides and the centre. Place two-table spoon of potato and onion bhaji and fold into half.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
